Reverend Michael E. Coleman

Rev. Michael E. Coleman is a native of Printiss, Mississippi. He left Mississippi when he was 5 years old. He attended elementary and high school in North Chicago, Illinois. Rev. Coleman is a graduate of Morris Institute of Technology and has attended Southern Illinois University of Carbondale for Mechanical Engineering Technology. He has served as an instructor of the State Convention's Young People Educational Department, Director with the Youth Department, and served as assistant secretary and statistician in the Illinois National Baptist State Convention.
Reverend Coleman is married to the former Charlotte L. Roberson; Rev. and Mrs. Coleman have five children: two daughters, Michelle Lee and Bethany Lee Ann; three sons, Michael Edward, James Michael, and John Dave.
Reverend Michael Edward Coleman was elected as pastor of Antioch Baptist Church on January 30, 1993.
